This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM! Do not buy! I need to return a couple of items and it is impossible to get a reply from someone. I tried every way I could to get someone to reply to me-phones, emails, chat on their site, Facebook. THIS IS HORRIBLE and I am going to report to the CREDIT BUREAU. You guys who also got scammed need to do your due diligent and report this company so no one has to deal with this unethical and horrible company and totally lack of any customer service. This should be illegal. I thoroughly checked the site and seemed legit, but now I know it is a HUGE mistake. I hope they go down and I will make sure everyone knows what a SCAM this place it. This is unethical, wrong, and should not be in business. I wish I could give them a negative 5 rating!

First time I ordered from this company

First time I ordered from this company, I had no issues. Second time, I got an order confirmation and then no more communication after. I tried logging into my account with J.ing and it’s now saying my email is not recognized. I called, reached out to customer portal, and emailed. No surprise, no response. I have no idea if I’ll even get my order at this point. Just be weary there is no customer service and with my email “no longer an account” it feels a bit like a scam.

Ordered a jacket and it arrived without a button on the front been trying to contact with no answer.I would like them to send another button but I think I’ll never get an answer. If I knew this I would of never bought from them.

I have ordered from JING 2 times

I have ordered from JING 2 times. The items always arrive as expected, quality is reasonable, sizing generally according to the size guide. Only thing to be aware of is that shipping is very slow, and can take a while be sent out initially.

I am trying to contact them for a return and no one seems to respond. when you need and answer related to an order they will reply immediately but if it is a return they will take forever. Horrible customer service never ordering again . i am stuck with the stuff that doesnt even fit me and no one is ready to help

I have been trying to do a return and…

I have been trying to do a return and all the options they have on the website does not work! I am getting very frustrated. Does anyone know how to do a return for j.ing? I am never going to order from here again unless someone from j.ing reaches out and I am able to return the items I cannot fit. Horrible experience so far.

Great if you're patient

So far I have enjoyed my purchase with J.ING. The clothing I've purchased so far have been high quality and very cute. I just docked a star since it can take a while for the purchase to come in but good experience if you're patient.

Cute clothes but bad shipping experience

The clothes are cute but their delivery service is bad.
They will not tell you on the website if the items are on preorder until you are ordering them. I don't understand why they still list items on their website if these items aren't in-stock.
They wait for all your items to come in stock first before shipping and leave you stuck on waiting for the preordered items. When you try to track your package on the carrier's website, your package can't be even found.
I ordered items for an event well in advance (a month in advance to be exact) and will likely received them way after the event.
Terrible shipping experience so far.
